Long Island Children's Museum hosts their annual Cupcakes & Cocktails gala event to help raise money for Museum exhibits, events and programs to further benefit the children that visit. In 2022, the Museum celebrated 20 years of the Museum Theater, and Cupcakes & Cocktails 2022 was branded to celebrate that milestone, taking elements from the decor within the theater to show what we were celebrating this year.

EVENT SIGNAGE
Event signage displayed throughout the event the night of Cupcakes & Cocktails 2022.
Menus / cupcake flavor signs
Menus were created for each buffet station along with tent cards for each cupcake flavor option. There had to be imagery to differentiate which cupcakes contained alcohol, so a toothpick and olive was incorporated for the spiked cupcake flavors.
activity SIGNAGE / package design
There were several activities / crafts for attendees to participate during the event. Travel sized marquis mirrors were provided to decorate with stickers geared towards the events theme, and stickers of the cupcake and cocktail illustrations used throughout the event branding were created. The event also hosted a popcorn bar where attendees could create their own popcorn assortment with various seasonings and toppings.
Web Journal
A web journal program was created rather than a physical program to hand out. This is a 110+ page journal with any and all information about Cupcakes & Cocktails 2022 including messages from the Museum president and event honorees, location guide for food, bars and activities as well as paid advertisements from the events' sponsors.
